Stunningly beautiful hotel, our stay was very very good.
The room was tastefully decorated and air conditioned with smoke detectors for safety measures.

This small hotel offers good choice of beautiful and nice rooms. The staff are always nice and welcoming, everyone. The location of the property in Fez is marvellous and amazing, so close to a petite taxi very close by, the near market, and the maze of the middle. Fes El Bali district won't disappoint you.

The room at Casa Aya Medina was fantastic! It had a cozy vibe, with a flat-screen TV and air conditioning to keep me entertained and comfortable. The private bathroom was spotless and had a refreshing shower and toiletries. Plus, the free WiFi made it easy for me to stay connected.
The only thing that I personally didn't like was that the room had a private entrance. It felt a bit isolated, but I understand that many guests might enjoy the extra privacy.

Well decorated room, I appreciated the hotel!
The breakfasts with extra bread. The central location and very amiable staff were the highlight of this real good stay. Again, the hotel was set approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Jardin Jnan Sbil Park...

Beautiful and absolutely great hotel in the traditional style. The staff was all very very kind, and the room was beautiful and exceptionally nice. Exceptionally comfortable beds. Great and stunning location, in the maze of the middle. Very close to the Casa Aya Medina, markets and the old-town. Suitable place for exploring Fez.

I recently stayed at a charming riad in the heart of the medina. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the bustling tourist street. Despite being in the medina, the riad was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms were clean and although they didn't have windows, they were well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities. The rooftop terrace was a great spot to unwind and enjoy the evenings. The staff, particularly Ahmed, was friendly and attentive, making our stay extra pleasant. The breakfast provided was tasty, with delicious mint tea as a complimentary treat. my experience at Casa Aya Medina was very good, and I would definitely recommend staying there.

the riad was stunning with traditional Moroccan mosaics, a rich breakfast, and friendly staff who gave great recommendations. Perfect location near main attractions but not in the noisy medina.
Table sheets for breakfast felt cheap.

The room at Casa Aya Medina was super comfy and cozy, perfect for a low-budget traveler like me. I absolutely loved the flat-screen TV and air conditioning, they made my stay even more enjoyable. The private bathroom equipped with a shower and free toiletries was a great convenience. The free WiFi was a lifesaver, allowing me to stay connected with my friends and family back home. The 24-hour front desk was a huge plus, ensuring that I had assistance whenever I needed it. The private entrance to the double room added an extra layer of privacy and made me feel at home.
Personally, I found the room a bit small, but others might find it cozy and intimate.

I had a great experience staying at a riad in the heart of Fez's medina. The location was perfect, with easy access to parking, the bus station, and all the sights in Fez. The staff at the riad were incredibly helpful and made my stay comfortable. The room itself was nice and had all the amenities I needed, including a hairdryer and shower essentials. I would highly recommend this riad for a budget-friendly option in Fez's medina.

Awesome staff, easy access, rooftop with great views, terrace and lounge area, cozy seating area with TV and DVD player.
Smelly bathroom with a lack of cleanliness.

The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town, with easy access to parking and just a short walk to the busy areas. The rooms are beautiful and cozy, and the service is outstanding. The staff, like Bahija and Mohammed, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Bahija's Moroccan breakfast was delicious, and she also did a fantastic job with henna art. Mohammed provided us with valuable information and even accompanied us to the taxi stand when we were in need. The hospitality of Abdul and Ammal was exceptional, and Abdul's mint tea was a true delight. the Riad offers a splendid experience.
We felt very comfortable during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right in the heart of the Medina. Despite being difficult to find at first, it was conveniently close to the town centre and main bus station. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including extra blankets for the cold nights. The staff provided great service and even organized a taxi for us in the early morning. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was amazing.
The entrance to the hotel was not easy to find and GPS wasn't helpful.
